THE TWO ALTITUDES (PART.2)

1 Kings18:41-42

And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain. So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees,

In the first part of this series (the part 1), we saw in vs42, that two men went up, Ahab to eat and drink and Elijah to the top of Carmel. Which revealed the altitudes of life. One is an altitude to tables, and the other, an altitude of prayers. The fact remains that in the end, the latter altitude ruled the day. 

We also stressed that the implication of God releasing a sound to us will employ us into taking an intentional high intensity engagement with heaven to bring it into manifestation the expected rains. 

Let us look closely into the prophetic angle to an altitude that mattered and in turn ruled the ordeal. As a christain, we must understand that accessing the invincible realm demands that a high level of faith as this is a spiritual realm which is basically governed by Spiritual laws. Hence, if as a Christian, you lack the ability to understand Spiritual things and walk in them, it becomes a hurdle to receive from the same dimension.  

"And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees, [43] And said to his servant, Go up now, look..."

(1 Kings 18:42-43a)

From the above verses, we can see that it was from the posture of the prophet that he gave his servant the instruction that brought the results. Elijah practically spoke with his face between his knees. This implies the following;

1. There was no eye contact with the servant

2. There were no physical visual contact with his environment that could trigger a distraction to his gaze and form a bias. 

3. A face between the knees will also limit one's hearing abilities. 

4. His physical posture also wasn't pleasant so his mind wandering had some form of limitations from the painful disposition. 

Note that the scriptures here is not promoting a new doctrine about prayer posture. Since we are aware the the old testament is a shadow of the new testament, it means that if we must achieve results through the ministry of prayer, we must ensure that whatever Elijah did to orchestrate this intervention must form a part of our approach to securing same through our personal Altars. 

We must not allow the helpless view of our present situations to dampen our inner receptacles. If we look at our predicament as a Nation and where we are now,  one might wonder if there can be any solution. Our possibilities looks so bleak. It's as if we seem to have lost any hope that this can happen. All natural senses and technicalities of our know-hows will be futile to us. The physical surrounding sounds too and what men are saying about our condition. Our wandering minds can be well under check by the pain of our positions too. When the gaze is on our spiritual radar which is aligned to the sound of an abundance which we have recieved in our spirit then we stand a chance to recieve feedbacks that can change the present Spiritual reality of our position as a nation and even individual challenges which is just but a sound in verse 41, to the manifestation we see in verse 45, 

"Things happened fast. The sky grew black with wind-driven clouds, and then a huge cloudburst of rain,..."

(1 Kings 18:45 MSG version)

In the translation above, the process was somehow accelerated. Things will have no choice but to happen fast. A lot of us have prayed so much about their present situation and the country's predicament until it feels as though we are cursed to remain perpetually in this quagmire. As though God's ears are now shut to our prayers because of our excessive sins. No Sir! The issue is that we can accelerate our answers and secure heavens attention only if we have locked into heavens frequency without distractions. That inner sound must echo louder than all externals.  

Soon enough, the sky will grow black with wind-driven clouds, and then a huge cloudburst of rain. And we shall be satisfied. 

This is our utmost desire. It is not found on the altitude of tables. Rather, they are accessible on the altitude of Carmel. Those who refuse to make this peak will not weild the expected results. This posture is a must, if we must ascend to draw resources from a realm so close to us but yet seems far. 

It is time to PRAY!!!

In vs42, two men went up, Ahab to eat and drink and Elijah to the top of Carmel. Hence, There were 2 altitudes but one man ruled the day. An altitude of tables, and the altitude of prayers. 

It was the altitude of Carmel that brought into manifestation the sound of an abundance of rain received in the spirit. God will give us sound, but it will take a deliberate & persistent act of high intensity engagement with heaven to bring it into manifestation the expected rains. 

It was the altitude of Carmel. That recieved the signal of the little cloud from the sea in the shape of a man's hand. Which signaled the feedback of breakthroug the prophet needed. 

It was the altitude of Carmel that gendered a supernatural speed that saw an aged man on feet outrun the kings chariots. 

"And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel". vs46

If we chose to just watch the present scenario as spectators and turn media warriors, then we have chosen the altitude of tables. But if we latch on to the season and climb Carmel while as we follow the sound recieved in our spirit of an impending abundance and engaging heaven with an unquenchable desire for answers then we have indeed chosen the altitude of Carmel. 

The signs we see now in the physical is a reflection of the sound in the spirit. It can only be guided with faces in between knees of the watchers and as the feet of the prophet recieved angelic speed so will the church outrun kings on armoured chariots. Nigeria won't be different. The church in Nigeria must wake up to it's prayer responsibilities.

It is time to PRAY!!!

KINGS CAN ANSWER YOU!

1 Kings 13:4-6

"And it came to pass, when king Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, which had cried against the altar in Beth–el, that he put forth his hand from the altar, saying, Lay hold on him. And his hand, which he put forth against him, dried up, so that he could not pull it in again to him. [5] The altar also was rent, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the Lord. [6] And the king answered and said unto the man of God, Intreat now the face of the LORD thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God besought the LORD, and the king's hand was restored i him again, and became as it was before.

The above passage is an interesting story of a brave young man who although remains anonymous was responsible for one of the greatest upsets of his generation. Note that this young man achieved such a great feat but yet remained unknown. There is an anonymous generation that will do great things for the Lord in these last days. Their names might not be known nor be in the broad headlights or in colours, but their exploits will be remarkable and earth moving. Dont seek to be known or the applause of men, seek to be where God wants you to be. Our rating is not for the guinness world book of records, but on the hallowed Chronicles of Zion. 

In this story, an evil king by name Jeroboam had hijacked the systems God had set up originally for worship and authority of priests in the land. Popularly known as the the sin of Jeroboam, He reinstated idolatry as a means of securing his kingship and control over the people. He raised 2 golden calves and placed them in two separate strategic cities for accessibility. (Bethel & Dan). He made himself the high priest and ordained rogue priests and witches as priests. He didn't just sin, but he made Israel to sin, this is the sin of Jeroboam. God was fed up with this and needed some form of order to be restored, hence he sent a young prophet who was a spiritual law enforcer that will discipline the king and bring some sanity back in the land. 

After the exploits of this young prophet as seen in verse 2-3, Jeroboam decided to weild his kingly Authority over the prophet which backfired. Notice that the young prophet did not concern himself with the king as he diligently but sternly delivered his assignment. He never prophesied against the king who was standing by the altar watching the proceedings. His attention and utterances were strictly fixed on the altar and the message he was bearing. The arrogant king felt insulted, what an effrontery? what insolence the king must have thought and in his usual manner to strike up some relevance retaliated against the young prophet but to his detriment. His hands dried up and he couldn't pull it back to himself again. Then it happened in verse 6..... 

"And the king answered and said unto the man of God, Intreat now the face of the LORD thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God besought the LORD, and the king's hand was restored him again, and became as it was before."

How can a man answer when he wasn't asked a question? Very strange indeed. In his pride and arrogance, he had no choice but to beg by an answer to a young prophet that never asked him any question nor concerned himself with him. Suddenly the king was desperate and in need of a miracle. God had disciplined him. When we deal with altars, kings who are the principalities behind these altars have no choice but to answer us. Note the procedure.... Altar dealt with, king retaliates, king is disciplined. Not a single word was exchanged between the both of them and yet the king begged. 

Kings can be disciplined!!! 

Principalities in our territories can be brought to their knees only if we can deal with the altars that back them up. Our concern is not in the name of the king or the weight of his authority. Our concern is to bring to bear the judgement of God on the Altars involved. Once this happens, the wrath of God will administer judgement to the kings servicing these Altars and they will have no choice but to answer us. The territories that has held men in bondage can answer us. The regions that has negated the rulership of Christ can once again open up to the gospel in answer to the power of God in our lives. Demonic priests and minions who have had a field day till date can pack up and leave and their kings will be at our mercy only if we can be bring judgement to their Altars by the word of the Lord. 

Young prophet, from undercover positions the King of Kings sends us. To regions beyond and reprobate kings to discipline nation's and restore their thrones back to God. There is no better service and a better time than now to be the law enforcement agents that will herald flag of zion and make Jesus known. The promise of power has been given and has already sent for us. 

The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. [3] Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. (Psalm 110:2-3)

FROM THE PROPHETIC TO WITCHCRAFT! 

(Part 1)

"And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions." 

Joel 2:28 KJV

One of the core signs of the outpouring in the last days will be the birth of a rise in the prophetic. This means that the litmus test to benchmark a true Outpouring of God in any assembly of God's people is the spirit of prophecy. 

This move will be critical to God's end time agenda coming to pass and as we know, the devil whose ultimate intention is to derail kingdom purposes will exploit this ministry to his advantage. It becomes imperative that we place the scriptural fine linings on this subject so as to be equipped and rightly so against this evil onlaught, hence, in this subject, we shall have an in-depth perspective to what the prophetic implies and it's manifestation and possible subtle deviations as witnessed in our time and even beyond. 

"Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices"

WHAT IS THE PROPHETIC?

"Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost" 

2 Peter 1:20-21 KJV

Please note the following Key facts about prophecy....

1. Not of private interpretation

2. Not by the will of man

3. Speakings Inspired by the Holy ghost

First of all, we must note that there's a difference between PROPHETIC UTTERANCE and PROPHETIC ACTION.

Prophetic Utterance

The prophetic is that which is from God. It deals with bringing a perspective from the heart of God through spirit inspired promptings and is revealed by utterance or actions. It can also be reffered to as spirit granted utterance through a known language. This is reffered to as a Prophetic Utterance. A prophecy can be certified as true if it's message comes to pass. 

Prophetic utterances are manifested through Speakings. They are usually vocalised. There are several examples of prophetic utterance both in the old and the new testament.

Elisha and Jehoshaphat 2kings3:16-17 

When Paul and Barnabas were divinely called and separated to God's special assignment. Acts13:1-2

Prophetic Action

A prophetic act is more than - or differs from - a spoken word of prophecy, or word of knowledge. It’s an action, something we DO under the anointing and unction of the Holy Spirit as a step of faith, as an act of obedience to release the power, the presence and the victory of God into a situation. Yes, it can include prophecy and words of knowledge, or it can be an act that stands alone without any ‘extras’.  The Bible records many prophetic acts, but there is no set pattern to go by.

We can see some examples of this in both the old and new testament too. 

Prophet Elisha and Joash  2kings13:14-20

Jesus and the healing of the lepers Luke17:12-14

Jesus and turning water into wine John2:5-10 (The instruction was a prophetic action)

Jesus healing of the blind man's eyes with a spittle on the sand. John9:1-7

THE ABUSE OF THE PROPHETIC

Witchcraft simply means counterfeit authority. It is the opposite of all that true Prophetic is. If the basis of the prophetic is an inspiration from God, what happens when the man or woman is not operating under an inspiration from God? Inspiration can be both ways. Either from God or from the devil. Either from the Spirit of God or from self. In this part of the world especially Africa, the Prophetic has been used in very manipulative ways. Under guise of trickery, craftiness and satanic sources, so called prophets has harrassed and ravaged lots of gullible christains. Some are asked to do strange tasks (sometimes humiliating) and also part away with sums of monies for these wolves in sheep clothing. These excesses have soiled the move of a precious gift of God and quenched it's true manifestation in many lives for the greater good. We must note importantly that It is possible a minister can start off well and corect but because of unchecked excesses and wrong influence, he can enter into error. When he dwells in his error (because of the gains it brings), he is ensnared to a wrong spirit. At that point, a demon can then control the process and assist him. Hence he is no long different from an "Ezemuo" (ie Evil priest). 

It is in our time that a prophet can give you a chain to wear for protection and defend it with the fact that the early Apostles used handkerchiefs to do miracles. Then later he gives you a special soap to bathe. When that is achieved, he can even go ahead and decide to do the bathing for you and now becomes a washer man for so many married women. ....All in the name of thus says the Lord! Such an abomination! This is how evil thrives. 

DISCERNING THE DEVIATIONS!

1. Seed faith

When the emphasis for receiving a spiritual ministration must be connected with sowing a seed for a solution to be received, witchcraft has set in. 

When members are admitted for counselling and prayer by first dropping a gift or envelope of money before seeing the minister 

When prophecies received for members are been monetised before they are transmitted to recipients

When members are craftily instructed to part with properties and possessions to reciprocate a Spiritual gesture or high personality 

When members are threatened with a withdrawal of spiritual cover by church leaders or ministers because they withdraw support or an intention to leave the local assembly.

2. Manipulating the word of knowledge!

Word of knowledge is a gift of the Holyspirit a supernatural revelation of facts past, present, or future which were not learned through the efforts of the natural mind.

When the minister reads out information researched on members and speaks such as a Divine revelation. Examples of such is calling names of members, phone numbers, colour of car etc. If such information are not God-given, witchcraft has set in. 

3. Rituals!

When activities not verifiable by scriptures or skewed in the light of the word are carried out on members. Generating amulets and spiritual objects as a means of faith or defence system are rituals and are witchcraft manipulation. Special creams and soaps for bathing etc. Doing sacrifices, bathing people and not a clear a of water baptism is evil.  

4. Dream and vision instructions!

One common ways God can guide a christain is by dreams. But when information is now feelings about dreams and such dreams tend to instruct and control. Witchcraft has set in. If members are governed and controlled by dreams and not by the word a deviation has set in. Ministers who only build their ministry on revelation and dreams. 

5. Hyper spirituality and Human worship!

When Ministers appear to be more important than Jesus and tend to arrogate authority to themselves in order to weild control on members. Witchcraft in progress. Hyper knowledge and position strategies of control. In some churches, some ministers are unapproachable and very highly revered and adored. A set up where the overseers leaders are always correct and can't be Humble to learn. Human worship is a strategy to refocus the members concentration on man more than God. This is a deviation away from the God of the Bible. Flee before it's too late. 

All manner of deceptions and illegitimate ways of exercising authority and control over others whether by song, message, givings, actions etc, The deviations are witchcraft or tending towards it. 

In the concluding part of this subject we take some key frequently asked questions about these Manifestations and the way out for the members or ministers already trapped in this evil net. 

We must seek Spiritual maturity and spiritual discernment in this season to be able to navigate freely in the realms of the prophetic and be a gift to the Body of Christ to represent Jesus

THE ABUSE OF GRACE: BE NOT DECEIVED!

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. [8] For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting". Galatians 6:7-8

The word "Deception" by definition means an act or statement which misleads, hides the truth, or promotes a belief, concept, or idea that is not true. It is often done for personal gain or advantage.

Notice the key words in the above definition;

Misleads

Hides the truth

Promotes a false belief, concept or ideas.  

So when we see any act or statement that it's delivery portrays the above connotation, we should identify that the fact that deception is at work.

Apostle Paul in addressing the Galatians church, was not addressing unbelievers. He was talking to christains. So deception is not SELECTIVE. There's no immunity to deception on the mere fact that you are a christain. He also emphasized that no matter the level of deception, manner of delivery, and persons used to perpetuate it, that God is not MOCKED. Meaning you cannot make a fool of God. Deception no matter how sweet is packaged, communicated and received, it cannot appease God or make God to lower his standards for anybody. It can be high sounding or perfectly logical, yet God cannot be mocked. Mockery is when you try to call someone's bluff and take advantage of the persons ignorance. 

We can expantiate "mockery" by using the story illustration of a man who intends to sell his used car. He goes ahead to firstly, repair the car, repaints it perfectly and works the engine and plans to decieved the buyer. But fails to understand that the buyer is an expert car dealer. In this case, regardless of the packaging of the car, the buyer is not mocked. So God is the umpire of salvation. We can decieve ourselves but not him. He is not mocked. 

What a man sows is what he reaps. There will always be harvest time. When the seeds we sowed to ourselves whether in ignorance or knowingly will become manifest. We will either reap corruption or we will reap everlasting life. But this is not what a lot of believers want to hear. Everlasting life?? Reaped??? To the decieved, this sounds like abomination. But it is there in Paul's admonition.....

"If we sow to the Spirit, we shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting".

So it's possible that we can be decieved. It is possible that we can be led astray. It is very possible! Unfortunately the end times will be characterized with a lot of deception.

"And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them".  Luke 21:7-8 KJV

"Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."  2 Timothy 3:5

This deception sells a belief system that has the form of godliness but denies the power. It thrives because men has chosen to be lovers of their own selves, of pleasure rather than lovers of God. 

I heard a minister in this country preach that one can live in sin and still make heaven. That the only negative effect of sin is that it will destroy your ministry, your marriage and life here on Earth. But that the person can still make heaven. This sounds very ridiculous. I am wondering (this is my mind now), so it is possible that one can actually destroy himself on Earth here, fail in his calling and still expect to meet and be accepted by a God of accountability?? This is an abomination and a reprobate gospel. I choose not to buy it. It is a deviation from what grace is all about. People think that Grace is all about cheapening the effect of salvation, living as we like because Jesus has paid it all. This is A BIG FAT LIE and a doctrine of devils. Notice the words of Jesus who infact is the Author of grace himself below;

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."  Matthew 11:28-30.

At salvation, Jesus gives rest. But unfortunately this is where the perverted grace gospel stops. They forget that the same Jesus who gives rest also reserves a rest for those who FIND IT. A rest that can only be found by taking up his YOKE (which means a call to responsible, accountable and purposeful living) and LEARNING of him which takes meekness and lowliness of heart to qualify for. So when you see a minister or a christain who lives for himself and negates all forms of accountability to God and mentoring of the Spirit, that fellow is yet to find the rest that Jesus reserves for the soul of finders. 

How do we discern a Reprobate and deceptive gospel; 

When the belief system postulates a christain life that assumes holiness status without actually living it. 

When it teaches you can live your life and not be accountable to any one, not even God.

When it teaches that the work of the Holyspirit is not to convict a believer of sin but only to comfort.

When it teaches that the judgement day is only to receive rewards and not to give account of our stewardship, and a process on which basis entrance to heaven can be granted or denied.

When it teaches that heaven is not a location but in our hearts. Yes it is in our hearts but also a location.

When it teaches that in whatever state you are as a believer that rapture happens that you will be ressurected regardless of your status with God.

That teaches that living an accountable life as a christain is mere works and not grace.

When it teaches an eternal salvation devoid of backsliding.

Hebrews 10:38-39 KJV

Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. [39] But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

From the above verses we can note a few things,.....

The just (the saved person) can actually draw back. 

The statement that "we are not of them that draw back" does not mean you cannot go back. It means that the option to backslide is our choice. 

It also states that the state of drawing back brings displeasure to God and can result in one losing his soul. 

"Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. [25] And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. [26] I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: [27] But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway."

1 Corinthians 9:24-27 KJV

From the above passage, Apostle brought out some few salient points referencing our christain journey....

All can run, but only one obtains

That the race should be run with an intention of recieving the reward at the end of the race (not a "now" reward).

That the race demands the attitude of being temperate (ie self controlled) in order to run effectively.

That the reward of running is an incorruptible crown that will be recieved at the end of the race. 

That the race will gender the need to adopt the rules of engagement in order to run well. Not running uncertainly, not beating the air.

That it will be my sole responsibility to discipline my flesh if I intend to finish the race well.

Finally, that there's a possibility to be a cast away at the end of the race if my running was not acceptable.

The master has already warned us.... Let no man DECEIVE you!

Let him that has ears, let him hear.

THE HAIR OF THE ANOINTED!

Judges 16:19-22

Untill the anointed man fulfills his assignment, the anointing inside of him never really dies. 

Samson was commissioned to not only defend Israel from the philistines, but was meant to be a menace to them and to bring deliverance to the Israelites. But contrary to script, the man whose destiny was meant to shine brightly for the greater good was cut down by his enemies owing to his failure to keep to the rules that governed his ordination. In every partnership between God and man, God has always kept his own end of the bargain, it is always man that falls short. By the reason of his weakness to women, Samson through the instrument of Delilah was shortchanged, and such a glorious destiny was derailed. 

The anointing on Samson was so rare in that time to the extent that his calling was orchestrated with a divine manual of how his ordination was to be carried out unlike the other Judges before him. He was meant to be a Nazarite from birth. He was indeed, one of A Kind!

This man was once a thorn in the flesh of his enemies. His exploits was undoubtedly epic. He single handedly with bare hands tore a lion like a kid. Uprooted the gate of an entire city and used it for an early morning work out. He slew a thousand men just with one single Jaw-bone and drank water from it. He invented the fox/fire technology that razed down an entire corn harvest economy of a city. To worsen the matter, in Judges16:24, he earned the title of the destroyer of the nation and the Slayer of many. 

Such awesome strenght dazzled understanding. But he failed to understand that though he displayed superhuman strenght, the source was human and can be deciphered. His only secret, the holy Grail....."No razor on my hair till I die". But he was like a boy in adults garments. With no guidance or submission to any authority whatsoever. He steamrolled his way through the rank and file of the both the hoy and unholy. His bed side jokes were one too many.He played too close to his ordination. From the deception of his strenght in the bow strings to the 7 green withs to the new ropes and to the weaving of his seven locks with a web and pin. His secret was highly threatened. That was too close for comfort. And as predicted, It was finally spilled on the knees of a master tactician, a skilled enticer that engaged the art of tears, urgings, and daily vexings to press out a hudden and sacred clue. And for 1100 pieces of silver she vowed to demystify source of the strenght. 

For the first time in his life, he loved a woman and love led to his demise. And like a shooting star whose appearance and exit can only be best described like a flash, his strenght was gone. He was brought down to reality and for once in his life he felt restrained and restricted by mere fetters of brass. He not only became a grinder in the dungeon, he became a clown for mock ceremoniesa and laughter of foes. Because his strength was departed from him. 

Has your destiny been derailed? Has a once dazzling knight been humiliated and its shining gem darkened by failures and regrettable mistakes. You that once dwelt on the top of the rock etham, has suddenly fallen in an unknown valley called Sorek. Has your love betrayed you and enticed you to sell your ordination? Has your parable been decoded and your secret password hacked and you feel exposed and vulnerable? What is sweeter than honey and what is stronger than a Lion? 

"Howbeit the hair of his head began to grow again after he was shaven". Judges 16:22

There is a consolation! The hair of the anointed will always grow again. There's no Delilah that can stop your hair from coming back to its tender and lush resurgence. You can bounce back!!!. You can rise again. You can lean on the pillars and sense the strenght rushing back again. Your shine can be reignited. Oh what a relief! The news of the century!

But the Enemy is not daft. He is wise not to be hit on a counter from a resurgent rise. There's no level playing field with the devil. He's a mean undertaker. Be careful because dining with the devil can be catastrophic. No wonder Delilah's skill can discover the secret of the hair. But only the Lords of the Philistines can remove the eyes. Samson didn't just lose his hair that day, he lost his eyes. Your hair can grow again. but th eyes is not made to reproduce itself. It is hardly replaced. 

Oh great man of God, hear the voice of wisdom today. The anointing can flow again and the gifts too but sin is not after your hair, it is after your eyes. Hair can only birth strenght but such strenght can bury you and your enemies (like in the case of Samson), only eyes can show you the target. Vision is designed to see the future and greater exploits ahead, but the cry of hairs without sight says....Let me die with my enemies. The battle ends when the eyes are gone. 

Jesus emphasized the importance of eyes to the Laodicean church and he says....

"I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see". Rev3:18.

He alone holds the prescription of this salve that recommissions the eyes.Theres an anointing made specifically for the eyes of derailed men. Only the Master can administer it. Cry out and call on him today. Ask for a brand new eyes. Stop the Hair ministry without sight today because the destiny of hairs ministry alone will bury you and the ministry. 

Recieve wisdom today as you seek him fervently. There is a new beginning for you!

THE ABUSE OF ANOTHER MAN'S PLATFORM!

THE EVIL OF ABUSING ANOTHER MAN'S PLATFORM!

"But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the LORD liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him"

2 Kings 5:20 KJV

Dear Man of God! Be careful how you use the platform provided to you by others. 

What is a platform? 

A platform is a stage that showcases you to the people. It can be pulpit, a recommendation, a church, a privilege, a mantle, a name. When a friend invites you to preach, his church and the pulpit is the platform that showcases you. If you use the name of a popular church or popular minister for publicity of a program, you are using their platform. If you are sent or recommended by a known and well respected ministry or a minister for a program, you are using their platform. 

Platforms arrograte to you the same honour and recognition the sender was meant to have if he was physically present. It puts the sender on the spotlight whenever he extends such privilege to another for use.

The major problem of ministers today is the abuse of such a privilege and platforms afforded to them. 

In the above scripture, we see Gehazi who was a servant to prophet Elisha in a story that clearly reflects the case scenario before us. 

In this story a notable miracle has been done and Naaman, A rich and notable captain was healed of leprosy. After the miracle, he offered a reward to Prophet Elisha who refused any of his goodwill gestures. But Gehazi filled with greed thought otherwise and decided to indirectly get something from Naaman. At this point he was still a trainee prophet and couldn't have used his stature or office to convince Naaman about his devious scheme. So he adopted a deception using the platform of his master by saying.... "My master hath sent me".

"And he said, All is well. My master hath sent me, saying, Behold, even now there be come to me from mount Ephraim two young men of the sons of the prophets: give them, I pray thee, a talent of silver, and two changes of garments" 2kings5:22

This statement is where many ministers have subterfuged the place of honour. It was clear that Elisha didn't send him. But that was the only tool he could use to achieve his aim. And as predicted, Naaman conceeded to such deciet because he in actual fact was honourimg Elisha. it is important for us to note that When men honour you, it most likely they are doing such out of respect for the people that sent you or the platform that showcases you. When they receive you, it is because they honour and love the man behind you. 

Have you used another man's platform for personal gain in recent times? 

Have you been trusted to deliver on an errand and you ran your own agenda?

How many times have you used anothers man's influence as an object to popularise yourself?

Have you been temporarily kept in charge of a man's altar and pulpit but ended up swindling the hearts of his members to yourself?

Have you dramatically displayed prowess when in front of the people you are sent to and unwares to them downplayed the honour of your sender for personal gains?

Were you honoured in a place where another man's platform you used and hid the rewards in your tent and didn't report yourself to the people that sent you and submitted to their prerogative on the way to respond?

Have you become so popular that you are now using your fame to run down the man you rose through his ranks?

Are you still loyal and trustworthy to your fathers in the ministry or has gains and fame destroyed your allegiances? 

A platform can work for you while you are under it or outside it. One can use a platform positively or negatively (like gehazi).

Negative use is to pull down, abuse. 

Positive use is to build up and loyalty.

In Genesis13:9-10, Lot became rich because of Abraham. And when they couldn't dwell together again there was a need to part ways and Abraham gave lot the opportunity to chose which place to go. Lot should have allowed Abraham to chose first as a mark of courtesy and submission, but he was swayed with a greedy heart. He chose ahead of his Uncle and source of his wealth but in the end he lost all to Sodom. 

Just like Lot, Gehazi thought that there won't be repercussions of his devious ways and actions, but there was. Elisha cursed him and his destiny ended him up as a leper.

Be careful when you take advantage of others especially those by whose platforms you came into prominence. They must not be taken for granted. Many have ended up as lepers and others lost all they acquired by such means. A curse causeless will not come, but when it is caiseful, what can the righteous do? You might not be cursed as was Gehazi, but God in heaven who is the father of all spirits will see you as not qualified for the honour and true riches that only Heaven can afford. 

Be guided. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Divine implication of Responding to a Divine Call

"And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt  Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. [2] And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of". (Genesis 22:1-2)

When we say that God has conquered a man to use him, what do we mean? Every Divine call has its implications. A call is God's avenue of recruiting men for service. You can have a call but if God fails to conquer you, his purpose through that call might not be birthed and fulfilled. Hence for God to use us he must as a matter of necessity seek ways of bringing us into alignment to his ways, means, methods, patterns of operation. He can only achieve this by conquering that man. In these days every one claims to be called. And men are recruiting themselves for ministry forgetting that it's a Divine call. Though this is typical of man, but this process of alignment cannot be fabricated. It is a course that only Heaven offers and certifies. From the above scriptures, we can see the implication of Abraham's call and learn from it.

....."And God said unto Abraham" (vs1)

Before God ever demanded Isaac, he first called Abraham. A call only makes you a candidate for a process. No sacrifice qualifies you for a call. One must be called first. Heaven processes a man that bears a call. Every call carries a comensurate grace to carry you through the process. Pls note that one not called can never find the grace to pay the price (Lk9:57-58, 1cor9:7). Our consecrations are not sourced carnally hence requires a release of grace to comply with it's demands. But one called will always find the grace to sail through. So point 1, your call is the pedestal for Divine supply of grace.

.....And he said behold, here I am" (vs1).

The readiness of Abraham to answer and respond to the call of God qualifies him for God's process. Your sacrifice is not accepted if you are not willing to give it. God is not a slave master. He can only compel you to the limits of your willingness. It is what you offer he works with even though his intention is to demand your all. He will keep finding your the cracks,the willingness in responding to his promptings untill he conquers every fiber of your being. So point 2, God is not interested in your sacrifice but rather in your spirit of obedience. Whatever you offer that does not stem from a unreserved desire to obey will not be accepted. Infact heaven deems such an abomination.

......"Take now thy Son, Isaac" (vs2)

God recognizes that Isaac was Abraham's son and specifically required the same. Any price God requires from you in fulfilment of a Divine assignment might seem hard, but it's what you posses. He will not require from you what you don't posses. Even though that which you posses might not be free and easy to part with. Moses was a prince of Egypt and God asked for Egypt. So if it's not your Isaac, heaven won't ask for it. Abraham had Ishmael but it was Isaac God wanted. why? Because his blessing was tied to Isaac. For he said "in Isaac shall thy seed be called" Gen21:12. His seed wasn't in Ishmael. So point3, any offering that God requires is what you have and he is specific in his demand because it posseses the capacity of your fulfilment. 

......."Thine only Son Isaac" (vs2)

God is very systematic in the way he chooses his things. The emphasis on what he requested above was Abraham's "only" son. The word only means;

-single

-nothing more

-best amongst considerations

This implies that God always has what he looks out for in every request he makes. He demands our best. You can offer anything to him, but He does not take anyone. He takes THE ONLY ONE! This was exactly the case of Jesus. He was the lamb that was slain from the foundation of the world (Rev13:8). No matter how careful you try to sort him, the one he has chosen cannot hide. In a world where there are so many options, only the best is what fits the king. He will go as far as separating all Ishmaels so that no consolation will suffice the loss of Isaac (Songs 6:8-9). God will meticulously narrow down his options to your Isaac and then takes it.(1kgs17:10-13, Judges11:34). So point 4. The king wants your all. When you offer your Isaac, it's only then you pedestal him alone as your idol and source. Only him becomes your treasure. Nothing can suffice to a jealous God as our king. Yours might not be a son, but of necessity must be an Isaac. This is the price for any calling that will have any eternal reference and bearing in Kingdom matters. 

His grace is sufficient for us.

MAXIMIZING THE ISOLATION (PART1)

The year 2020 started with high hopes and expectations for many. It was the birth of a new decade and the golden year of the 21st century. Nobody envisaged the present pandemic and it's resultant effect in the society. In a bid to mitigate the spread, experts advised a strategy called "Isolation". This has forced many to stay indoors and away from other people. Man that was originally designed to interact and associate found himself separated and isolated. 

In the midst of all the panic and confusion that surrounds the season, God is not absent, ignorant or swayed by any means. He remains in charge and on course. The God who dwells in eternity knows the end from the beginning and assuredly nothing derails him. We must pull resources together to ride above these seeming distractions to find out what he's doing in the church and in our lives. After this season, will you come out broken, disheartened, fearful, frustrated and confused? Or would you be equipped, positioned and stronger for the journey ahead. 

How can one access your spiritual progress this period? This should be a season to give more attention to the study of the word and prayer. There is a call for strenght. 

"Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself. [18] So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy name". (Psalm 80:17-18)

In verse 17 above, we see one of the reasons why God desires strenght in us and disburses same to us. Surprising to say from the psalmist that God gives strenght not just for us but for himself. 

"upon the son of man whom thou madest strong....for thyself" vs17b

The normal disposition for us is to think that God furnishes strenght to us so that we can be sufficient for ourselves. Yes, but in a deeper spiritual sense, the sufficiency we seek that God gives is for his purpose. If we indeed live our lives to please him and walk in Divine purpose, the result of our sufficiency will be for his glory. God always desire profit on whatever resources he dispatches. If this investment was imparted to you, how much has heaven profited from your application to this resource? 

One major area of need where Strenght is required is in the place of prayer. Jesus as a matter of priority prosecuted prayer in this was earthly life and work with God, and laid it down as a marker for any one that desires fulfilment in life and ministry. 

"And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint"; (Luke 18:1). What are the signs that shows an evidence of weakness in the place of prayer.

1. If I don't have any burden or urgency to pray

2. If I don't enjoy my fellowship with God

3. If I can't keep a disciplined prayer schedule

4. If I can't tarry long in seeking God's face

5. If my prayer is dry and there's no inspiration from the word of God.

6. If I can't back up my desire to pray effectively with necessary preparations needed

7. If the none priorities have taken the place of prayers

If the symptoms listed above describes your situation, then you are experiencing weakness and should take steps to remedy this state. 

We shall look at the points listed above and look at the operations, causes, God's position and what to do to reverse the situation. God is not lacking in supply. He gives Grace for grace and will not hold back when called upon. His strenght shall be your portion in Jesus name, Amen!

What spirit is in You!

What spirit is in you?

Exodus 33:11 KJV

And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.

There's a serious burden to talk to young ministers most especially in the Nigerian church. Pls don't seek to know everything. Seek to Know God. I know the tendency to feel inadequate or insufficient arises anytime you see or hear someone perform at a level you have not accessed and you want to find out why the disparity. Not just because you are hungry to grow in your knowledge of God but so that you can also steal the stage.  Your desire is correct but your motive has been corrupted. And with this corrupted motive, God can never place anything eternal on you. Fame is a generational killer! Flee from it. I see young ministers in our time, who all they do when a message is going on is just to access a preachers message to confirm whether it's approved or not. You are not called to approve preachers and God's servants. That is the work of the Holyspirit. Your only disposition is to sit and learn and grow and generate capacity.

It is appalling and frightening that the humility to learn and appreciate authority and different Graces is fast disappearing in our time amongst young preachers. They are quick to call "Papa" not because the spirit of humility is at work in them, but a hidden disdain that echoes within their faculty saying "what is the big deal with him, me I'm also big in my circle". That a man of God is your friend or relates with you does not mean  it's a privilege for you to rub shoulders with him or assume you are in the same league with him. If true revival must come, this corrupted spirit of seeking to be greater than others must give way to seeking to be known of him and to be accepted in the sight of the immortals.

  

The investment of capacity is not giving to a man because of his cerebral prowess or research capacity, it is given based on the much of God you have been able to draw to you. Are you only interested to replicate what a man is doing just for a mere cheap attention and audience to you? Most audible people and great orators we see around are just product of research and not encounter. Pls note that the audience you gather today by gimmicks will leave when the authority to keep them is not available. Seek capacity with God. Seek to know him for yourself!

Young minister, check your diary? The message you jotted some years ago or presently, is it to repreach another man's message and sound relevant to the people rather than avenues for God to draw lines upon lines upon your heart and initiate you into his mode. May we not end up preaching this gospel and be a castaways in the end. 

As anointed as Samuel was and through whom the God Isreal was  known and that domiciled in RAMAH, he went to the grave with his mantle because his sons weren't in alignment. God forbid that the numerous God's servants he has raised to the body of Christ today who has been immense blessing will go to the grave with their mantles. 

Numbers 27:18 KJV

And the Lord said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him;

Exodus33:11 above will naturally birth Numbers 27:18. It's not magic. You can't duplicate it. It's a formula from Zion. From the textbook of Patriarchs and holy witnesses. We can see the stipulated ascendancy as shown in both verses.......From Joshua "the young man in the previous verse to Joshua "the man" .....This is kingdom process. 

The great one gave witness to Moses regarding Joshua. He was a man in whom is the spirit. A spirit that the immortals can invest in. That it's only desire is to see Israel not be scattered as sheep without shepherd. A spirit that will not question Moses to steal his stage unlike Aaron and Miriam. A true leader whose only intention is to make the king of Kings known.

The question now is what spirit is in you?

The 11th Hour!

The 11th hour

"And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle, and said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day?’ 7 They said to him, ‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right you will receive.’ ( Matthew 20:6-7 New King James Version)." 

The eleventh hour miracle is a miracle you get when it looks like time is running out on you. It appears you are going to go home empty handed. Can you imagine how the workers hired at the eleventh hour felt when they received their wages? I would imagine they were ecstatic because rather than going home empty and disappointed, they were rewarded accordingly.

The phrase 11th hour is a very familiar theme used for several reasons by many people. In soccer, the phrase is used to mean it's a moment anything can happen. A game can be lost in this hour. The injury time is a dicey moment. Any blow recieved at this moment might not have a recovery time. The last few minutes or seconds can generate a heart pounding and blood racing adventure. It's always a make/Mar period in any endeavour depending on ones response to it. Generally, it can mean the following;

"The nick of time".....

"The least possible hour"......

"The rush hour"......

To better drive it home, It can also be termed to mean trying to remedy lost time by adopting hasty decisions and actions, and this is basically the reaction adopted by many in times as this.

What do you do when time is against you? When the least thing on your mind is "wait". When even nature itself and occurring events around seem to force doubts and raise questions rather than results. When friends and colleagues seem to be ahead in the scheme of things and it's as if you're playing catch-up. When it's happening for others and yours seems a distance away. As this year draws to an end, what is your biggest concern and fear challenge? Are you in fear or faith?. Watch it!

Most people resort to hastiness, quick fixes, I can do it all mentality, panic mode, desperation, all in a bid to recover time and meet up. For many they will end up worn out, discouraged and eventually fatigue sets in. For others, they will adopt the "if you can't beat them join them attitude". Others will just become passive and adjust to life of "whatever will be, will be". Others will lose faith and jump ship to get help from any source regardless of who offers it, hence the slogan "the end justifies the means". How do we respond to this critical moment and still come out victorious. 

What to do!

1, Don't press the panic button! Fear is a snare. It comes with an appetite, Don't feed it.

2, Appreciate how far you have come and draw strength from your what God has done for you so far

3, Trust God's ability to finish well and ontime. He lives beyond eternity and controls times and seasons. He has done it before and he can do it again. He always wants the best for you.

4, Believe in yourself. Keep doing the right things and trust God to guide your discretion. Remember... "DO & TRUST".

5, Learn to hide in His presence and renew your strength daily from his Word. The race is not to the Swift nor the battle to the strong. 

6, Avoid the company of negative people that seeks to put your down and injects your fear. Seek for like-minded people of faith and sharpen up. See positives no matter the situation. 

7. Know that no Night lasts beyond the morning. Your night season is just but for a moment and must surely expire at the break of day. Joy comes in the morning!

I Prophesy to you....You will not be disappointed. Your delay is over. YOUR JOY HAS COME!!!

Nuggets 4.1: Guilt free

Guilt is a weapon the enemy uses to dampen our hearts and bring us into bondage of hurts, regrets and pain. Guilt can be as bad and frustrating to the point of depression and can as well lead to suicidal tendencies. It brings torment, fear and unnecessary harassment to our spirit. It is a gate that seeks to control and manage our access to spiritual altars.

What is that issue in your life that rears an ugly head to condemn you when you least expect it? It allows you smile on the surface but hurt deep within. The memories can hurt, the past may not be pleasant. How you sincerely wish it never happened, but it did. How you desperately wish to erase the memories daily but it still haunts you. In the night or day it lurks around just to judge and condemn you. It's a joy killer and a soul destroyer. The chief tormentor of evil. 

But Know this!  

"Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification." Romans 4:25 KJV

"For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy  toward them that fear him. [12] As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us". Psalm 103:11-12 KJV

With these assurances, you can pick yourself up and reject the spirit of guilt and condemnation, apply the blood of Jesus and be free. I can confidently declare to you that from heavens data base, you never sinned. You are redeemed. You are Justified. You are free.

Nuggets 4.0: Striving

Destiny fulfillment is all about a process whereby one by the flight of vision and unction of the Holy spirit navigates from an undesirable past to the expected end of God in line with God's counsel and program for that life. Therefore it will be wrong to address one by the reason of their past whether by actions or experiences. They are no longer to be located at their broken or fallen state. They are now to be defined by the path they have chosen to walk on. They have latched on to a new and bold faith, and an inspiration for the glory ahead. In weariness, a fresh outburst of desire to arrive awakens. Never give up. 

Keep moving, trusting, looking up for thy light is yonder and it won't be long. Lo! I hear the voice of perfection beckoning. My path keeps shining brighter and brighter unto the perfect day. 

Therefore,  I Rise!

Nuggets 102: True greatness

Most people think that by joining Facebook they can improve their personality and relevance. Smiling pictures are fantastic but does little in expressing your true state of happiness. You may appear to people as making progress, hiding under a facade of gimmicks to appear as though not failing, while indeed you are far from your mark. How sad! One thing we should realise is this, Greatness is the picture of every true success. It is not defined by accessories but a definition of who you really are. This in turn reproduces relevance. It then means that we must have passed by a lot of great people in less than 48hrs and may not have realised it cos our measure of its definition is misconstrued. You are a great man. Greatness lies in each and every one of us.

Jesus's 3years ministry was predicated by 30years of correct living. He was a great man and yet very few noticed. In the end, the father proclaimed his approval by an audible voice to many. You must not wait untill an Angel Introduces you to your world. Try doing the following.....

Look inwards and realign your walk in line with purpose. 

Build character and consistency. 

Follow through on short term goals and the small details 

Without fear or favour recieve assessment and make relevant corrections in humility and yieldedness.

 The fruition of your consistency will be the Sun of Righteousness basking over you in intensity and revealing you to your generation. 

You are a greatness in the making!

Nuggets 3.1: Guardian

Success wipes away past failures. People will only celebrate you for your success and not remember your past. Only you will know how rough the road was and the challenges enroute victory. But most especially it is more reassuring and comforting to note that God was there all the way and gave you a safe landing. A 24/7 guard, day and night operator, no shift, no leaves, no transfers, no quitting. Always watching over his word to preform it. Faithful God, I salute you.

Nuggets 3.0: The past is over

You cannot live in the past. Whatever highs or lows, excitements or regrets you might have, power or lack of it controlled, respect or humiliation, achievements or positions occupied, however how high or low it made you feel and what you felt you gained or lost from it, it's in the past. Its gone forever. It has served it's purpose and may likely never repeat again. 

You are in a new phase of life and there are greater adventures to relish and Heights to conquer. There's no law against starting again and more importantly there's no law against you winning again. You will win again! Take control and start reigning as Kings on the earth. This is your calling, this is your destiny. Occupy till I come!

Nuggets 2.1: Ascendancy

When you step into that place where nothing else matters, no fame, no ego, no anxiety, no stress, nothing even your family, far less your job, people, opinions, self,.... All can be taking from you at that instant and you won't even blink..... Nothing Matters!!!

............. In that moment the only thing that matters most to you..... His presence! And you are there alone waiting on him, searching and seeking his face. All your mind can muster is I know you are here Lord, Am i pleasing to you? I want more of you dear Lord. And he fills you, then you sense the buoyancy of your spirit, and you yearn more..... More of you LORD!

In that instant, the clock stands still, the whole world reduces smaller than a speck of sand in eternity,.......... And your spirit floats away in endless joy and ecstasy.

#justlikethehartpants..... So my soul!

Our call is one of Ascendancy. And Glory is the end product! It's time to take a flight in God. 

Nuggets 2.0: The word crucible

Error does not wear the coat of a dragon, it actually wears the collar of a priest. A sermon can sound very reasonable, an action be very logical and appealing to the senses. Or can be very pious in it's delivery. The truth remains that if it cannot measure up to the crucible of the word of God, it automatically falls short of God's standard and must not be used as a score factor to a man's living or a determinant in judging the ways of the Spirit life. Regardless of sentiments, God has only one instrument of acceptance in the Spirit life is the Word of God.

Nuggets 1.1: Brotherliness

We are so connected together today on different social platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, messenger and many numerous others (which of course is the modern-day century norm) and YET, if we can be sincere, we are so disconnected as a people today. The virtual world is a reality based on illusion and must not replace our core values as human beings. 

"And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: (Genesis 3:8 KJV)

We are products of TOUCH right from creation. From the begining we can see divinity, omnipotence, sovereignty, omniscience, Almighty God actually walking in the garden for the sake of relationship with humanity. Not just because he had to, but was setting a precedent that relationship must be founded and rooted on touch/contact. If you must call someone to know how they are, please do; or if you must visit, don't hesitate to do so. You might not know the lives you might change by that singular act. Yes we can say times have changed. its true. But let's not allow the prevalent virtual society of today deny us of our true identity.

Nuggets 1.0: purpose

Your personality is not enhanced by the many friends you have. Rather, it's by the quality of the life you associate with and the value it generates to and through you. 

You must learn to trim your baggage this year so you can effectively discharge your assignment and add commensurate value to persons and systems. 

Try and identify the purpose of people around you. Not every invitation must be allowed in that circle. It is wisdom to learn when to love and when to hate, when to embrace and when to refrain from embracing, when to stand and when to walk away.

A Smoking Flax (part1)

"A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. [4] He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law". (Isaiah 42:3-4 KJV)

The kingdom of heaven is very much interested in starting and maintaining Divine fires that will engulf the territory and bring Glory to God. We are in the era of Kingdom domination. An Era that will bring the rulers of this world under the reign and authority of the one and only true King. Jesus!

"The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever" (Revelation 11:15)

If the King must reign in our time, drastic measures must be activated to make this happen. One way heaven achieves a fire revolution in a dispensation is by an initiation of smoking flaxes in the hearts of men. One that with consistent nuturing and tending by a person's willful participation, can grow and blow beyond proportion. In this part of our study, we shall limit the teaching to starting and finding our flax.

Who hath done this?

"And Samson went and caught three hundred foxes, and took firebrands, and turned tail to tail, and put a firebrand in the midst between two tails. [5] And when he had set the brands on fire, he let them go into the standing corn of the Philistines, and burnt up both the shocks, and also the standing corn, with the vineyards and olives. [6] Then the Philistines said, Who hath done this?"

(Judges 15:4-6)

In the above verses, we can witness the devastation that a wildfire can cause in a landscape. It was so horrible an effect that an entire ecological and agricultural resources was wiped out. An entire produce of a farming season of shocks, corn, vineyards and olives wasted in one go. The potency of Wildfires cannot be overemphasized.

Wildfires are uncontrolled fires that spread quickly and can destroy homes and the environment nearby. It is one of the major causes of national disasters which leads to heavy loss of lives, property and resources. It can single handedly change the entire landscape, well-being and state of living of a people. 

How do these fires start—and how do they spread and become dangerous so quickly?

It all starts with a spark....a smoking flax!

FINDING YOUR FLAX!

Apart from man-made causes of Sparks stemming from ignorance and carelessness on it's part, Lots of other things can cause a spark. These are, burning Embers, lightening and heat from the sun.

Burning Embers...

A burning ember that blows away from a campfire. Scattered tiny flickers that escape from the cracklings of a campfire is enough to locate the dry expanse of wild grasses or bulrush. It can be a tiny flicker but it's a wildfire encapsulated. Be careful to notice it when it breaks away and glades around. 

It can occur during your worship moment. A simple worded line in those verses can catch a flax and burn within. Sing it again and again, build it, fan up those embers untill it burns. It can occur during the study of the word. It can be sparked by a deep revelation of something you didn't see in those words before. Just like the psalmist...once has it been spoken but twice have I heard (ps62:11). Once the repitition is engaged in your spiritman know that a flax is about to blaze. May be your flax bellows in quiet lonely enclosures at home or out. Treasure such moments. Don't be in a haste to depart. Allow that flax to pick more ventilation from the high heavens. Let the spirit romance be completed. in ascendancy of such moments is the flax boosted and ripples into fireworks. Pls note that by whatever means or place this occurs in your life and you frequently senses it, always fan it and treasure it beyond everything else. Your destiny might depend on it and also your generation.

Lightning…

A lightening doesn't occur always. It only appears in seasons, mostly during heavy rains. Lightenings also appear as flashes across the sky and may be seen in a fraction of seconds. This can be symbolic of Divine occurrences orchestrated by heaven to get your attention. Whenever you sense a switch in the spirit or the atmosphere that you weren't expecting and didn't plan, these are part of heaven lightenings trying to start a spark. Be sensitive and take advantage of it cause it only on for a few seconds. But if you can give it attention, a potential wildfire is in the making. 

Heat from the sun…

The heat of the sun symbolised the pressure orchestrated by persecution or temptations we go through as believers. God doesn't take remove these pressures from us but rather, he allows us to go through the crisis, and inasmuch as we allow our resolved will to participate in it without wavering or compromising, he activates a switch that appears as flaxes in our soul. If we can turn on these switches in the midst of our trials and circumstances, it can generate a capacity that can cause us to latch on to fires so potent it can burn. As a result, we come out of these situations recharged and ignited afresh for exploits. I advice that in your crises don't give in. Don't breakdown,give it time. Allow the gold in you to be forged and unleashed. When we go through the fires, it shall not burn us. Recieve the strenght to excel and come more than conquerors.

I see a generation that God will raise from the ashes of nothingness into future generals. Men that will devastate the entire resources of the Philistines and cause a cry to emanate from it's Lords, princes and commanders saying "WHO HAS DONE THIS"? 

A generation that will take responsibility of causing mayhem to the enemies of the Kingdom. That will not be afraid to pay with blood nor run from the scourge of death. That harbours guts as high as Everest. We need the kingdom of darkness to recognise and notice that we came. A shape-shifter generation that can enter into fortified camps and cause a rumble in it's jungles. That hates evil with passion and will not stand for compromise or accommodate it's cohorts. That generation is here. The spirit beckons us to deliver our heart as offerings to the father and watch the Spirit ignite an intense fire that can turn the world upside down. 

"And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;" (Acts 17:6)

On this premise and only on it alone can the kingdom come. 

The question now is ...what did you do with your fire??? May the flax in our hearts that has been quenched hitherto recieve a fresh touch now. A charging that only the father of Spirits can give. 

The isles await his Law! Come and let's be doing.

He Still Speaks!

He still speaks!

As the new year rolls in, one thing we can't take for granted is the place of Divine direction. It is evident in our time in this time of the year to see many running around looking for who will Prophesy or see visions for them. Some are busy either checking up with big preachers in town or their pastor or "papa/mama" (as is the slogan these days) for special Revelations or prophecy for the year. In all truthfulness, this is good in itself because it's a sign that we submit and honour the men that God has placed over our lives and are humble enough to seek guidance.

"Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper". 

(2 Chron 20:20)

Inasmuch as this is good and to be desired, it must not be used as a substitute or a replacement to hearing personally from him.

"God, who at a sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, [2] Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;"

(Hebrews 1:1-2)

Despite the numerious leaders, prophets and fathers in the land, God is very much committed to speaking to us personally. He said in the last days he shall speak to us "through his son". This is a statement of sonship. A father/son intimate communication channel generated by relationship. There is a communication reserved for those who will appropriate this position of sonship in their lives. A communication mode for those who have prioritised this relationship. One of the proofs that you walk with God in the times we live in is that he (by his spirit) communicates with you frequently. Brethren, I want to announce to you that the manual you need to run with this year is easily accessible from the father. Sons who can explore the resources available consequent on the basis of their connection to the father can recieve clearly the mandate for their lives for the times now and ahead. Are you a son or a vagabond?

He still speaks today!

"And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left" (Isaiah 30:21)

"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of f himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. [14] He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of g mine, and shall shew h it unto you". (John 16:13-14)

One of the blessings of relationship is the privilege of communication. As a matter of fact, It cannot be called "fellowship" if two parties are not involved. The secret place is a room of whispers. A room that affords us the communication platform between us and heaven. And if there's one thing the father desires above all else to do, it is to set forth his word by the Holyspirit in our hearts. When he speaks the following things happen....

1. Darkness is dispelled. 

His word is light. No matter how much confusion has set in on our hearts and minds, the entrance if his word brings light. His Word is the only antidote for darkness. 

"Out of his mouth go burning lamps, and sparks of fire leap out." (Job 41:19). 

His word has the capacity to generate lamps and release Sparks. With his word, one cannot walk in darkness. 

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path". (Psalm 119:105). 

This verse reveals the two-fold working dimension of his word. 

A. It is a lamp to our feet and

B. A light to our paths.

Our feet is the first ministry of the lamp. Pls Note that the lamp is not the light, rather it is the carrier of the light. This refers to the this ministry of the Holyspirit in our lives. Meaning that his first assignment in our lives is (to as a matter of priority) reveal to our standing with God which is symbolised by our "feet". It is when he is a lamp to our feet that his light can then shine on our paths. If your standing with God as a believer is not affirmed you may likely not receive light. Because where we stand is more important to God than where we are going. If our standing with God is wrong, it automatically means that our paths will not be fruitful. It means that our end will be unfavourable to him. The lamp is there to first correct our feet and when this is done, then light shines on our paths. 

This verse is a prayer guide for those that desire to walk in the light....

"For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness". (Psalm 18:28)

When he speaks;

2. Fear disappears. 

In these uncertain times, whereby it is more reasonable to live in fear than in faith. Where it seems that the society and the environment offers no respite but rather fosters an inhumane face. This is the more reason why we need to hide in his revealed word. 

"Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. [4] One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple". (Psalm 27:3-4)

From the above, there are only 2 spiritual pillars to our confidence as mentioned in vs 4, they are, beholding the beauty of the Lord and also enquiring in his temple. When you enquire, he answers. And when he does, it will definitely dispel fear. What is it that you are afraid of this year? As you hear him, Fear shall no longer have Dominion over you anymore. 

And lastly, when He speaks;

3. Strenght is released.

"And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee. [2] And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me". (Ezekiel 2:1-2)

Physical Strenght is needed when a man engages in activities physically related. But for spiritual purposes, only spiritual Strenght can accomplish spiritual results. Pls note! "One word from God can take you far". You don't need too many things brethren. What we need is just one word from his mouth. Strength is one major resource we receive from the revelation of his word. When last did you hear him. Your spiritual status today is critically related to the resources recieved as a result of his current voice in your spirit man. Are you exhausted and garnished or are you bouyant and recharged, check the last time you clearly heard from him. Jesus desired accuracy in fulfilling his earthly calling that he related his secret to the voice of his father (John5:30)

So what is expected of Us?

Seek him like you have never done before.

Hunger for his word passionately

Pursue the word of his mouth as the only remedy to success in life. 

It is accessible!

Only sons access the whispers of the father. Enter inro the presence of your father and seek to hear him. Don't relent or take it with levity. Even as you read this now, he is desirous to speak to you. No relationship, No communication. There's a lot he wants to tell you about your destiny and the path of it's fulfilment this year. There's a lot he wants to let you know concerning the world around you and wisdom to navigate. There's a lot he wants to confide in you relating to what he wants to do next viz-a-viz with you as a partner in the kingdom business. Whispers to strengthen your faith and give you hope in every hopeless situation. And most especially whispers that affirm your sonship. 

Don't remain outside. You are not a servant. Stop running from pillar to post seeking for guidance. The son is very much available to us today. We have access by his Spirit in us to download deliverables in the spirit realm  that will set us on the path to an accurate delivery of our ministry here on Earth and all related assignments. I see you succeed and be fulfilled in this new year in Jesus glorious name, Amen. 

He is still speaking today. Do you hear him? 

Speak Lord, and your servant will obey.

The Posture of the Spirit

Operating and manifesting the Supernatural

The agenda of heaven needs the strength and the pace that can only be afforded by that higher than the natural. Jesus much more than an advice, commanded his disciples to WAIT to be endued with power from on high. It was called the Acts of the Apostles because they encountered POWER. Even moreso, this present church cannot see the Acts unless it recieves this investment. 

Its a New year and very prevalent in this time is a panic to start something new. Forstered by the desire to make up for lost grounds in 2019, or a zeal to be a step ahead than our contemporaries, or due to diverse unfounded and unclarified visions and unrealistic targets. Permit me to say that the reasons above are all good, but can I announce to you brethren, that doing is good, but waiting on the master is wiser. This is a posture we can never outgrow as christains. In this posture, selfish ambitions dies, carnal wisdom of man is dwarfed and accurate christain living begins  As a matter of fact, the coming of the master is for those who are found waiting for his return. 

The waiting posture is necessary for the following reasons;

So that the natural will submit to the spiritual.

So that the voices of the soul realm that encumbers our heart will fade away for the inner voice of the Spirit to manifest

So that we can download the manual tied to our purpose for the new dispensation of our destiny

So that our walk with the Spirit can be sharpened and our alignment in the place of obedience sorted

So that we can recieve the strenght and power of the Spirit and latch on to the help that only heaven can afford.

I want to announce to you that the waiting posture is not a too common posture because it's not comfortable. It eliminates anything and everything that is called you. No wonder there are too many fakes and destiny shipwrecks. In the days we live in, Copy is prevalent because the path to the original is rigorous. Men who deny this posture will only give expression that fosters self and forwards it's desires and objectives and that not of heaven and cannot be approved by God. 

Paths to the Supernatural! 

The extent of the Supernatural we desire to see is determined by the extent to which we are willing to seek & go far with God. 

"Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: [31] But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:30-31)

They that will mount up with wings must wait, they that desire to be eagles in this generation must wait, they that desire to run without weariness and walk without fainting must as a matter of necessity...Wait!

The Golden question is, How far do you intend to go with God this year??? You need to answer this question personally in the closet and then with the right alignment to it's answer, let the Holyspirit himself Unveil you to your generation.

Wise words!

When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. (Psalm 27:8)

Only the heart can answer such a demand. Not head knowledge. His help is very much available as in the days of old and there's a new deposit waiting for you at his feet. Help is available. But your heart must answer this crucial and Clarion call. 

The only answer that suffices heaven and the key is this.

....Will you wait on him today?
